Affton Central States

Attention Midgets: 

All players must be completely registered in order to be placed on the USA Hockey roster.  A complete registration consists of club payment, USA Hockey online registration (bring copy to rink) and an Affton paper registration form.  No exceptions.

A club representative or a team manager will be available at the first team meeting to register anyone who has not done so.  Please bring a copy of your USA Hockey online registration along with checks or credit card for club payment.

Attention Squirts thru Bantams: 

Any player not fully registered must do so asap.  Please contact the registrar at emborner@sbcglobal.net.  Players missing any of the requirements will not be placed on the roster.
