In 1972, a group of dedicated volunteers came together to build an ice rink as part of the Affton Athletic Association. Affton Hockey is proud to celebrate 50 years of community and teamwork. Through this video we share memories and stories of our history told by players, coaches, parents, and others who have had a significant impact on our club. Through the hard work and dedication of volunteers, the Affton Athletic Association has been providing outlets for children and young adults to experience the intangible rewards of participating in team sports like baseball, softball and hockey since 1962. St. Louis Eagles Spring Elite Program is part of the Central State Developmental Hockey League South Pod and is open to top level players (AAA, CSDHL, AA and A) from Affton, Meramec, and Southern Illinois Youth Hockey Clubs. Tryouts will be March 24 to 28 and the program runs through June 7. The program includes seven divisions at the U8
Affton Americans Spring Midget Elite Program is for top-level players at U15 (2010), U16 (2009), U16 Prospects (2009 & 2010) and U18 (2007 & 2008) divisions. Tryout fee is $50 and the program cost is $450. Each division is coached by Affton Americans Central States head coaches and the program includes goalie instruction. Each player receives 14 hours of workout
Affton Hockey Learn to Play begins Sunday, November 3. Thank you to all who are registered. We are excited to introduce your children to the game of hockey and help them develop skills. Affton Hockey parent meetings are held on the third Monday of every month from September to March at 7 pm in the upstairs meeting room at the Affton Ice Rink. Please note that attendance at three parent meetings per season is required to participate in voting. Click here for details.
