All Affton American club hockey players at the 10U Squirt through 14U Bantam level are required to purchase club jerseys and socks through Five B Designs. To place an order, players must attend one of the scheduled uniform fittings. During uniform fittings, jersey samples will be available to try on to determine correct sizing. Players should bring hockey pads to try on under jersey samples.
Players must attend one of the fittings listed below to place an order if:
Player is returning to Affton Hockey and needs larger uniforms.
Player is new to 10U Squirts.
Player is new to Affton Hockey, including one-time transfer players.
First-year 10U Squirt players and players new to Affton Hockey will select a jersey number at the uniform fitting. Please note that players with an odd number birth year receive odd numbers and players with even number birth year receive even number. Lists of available numbers at each level will be posted at the fittings. Player numbers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be reserved or requested outside of a fitting.

*If you do not place an order at one of these fittings we are unable to guarantee cost or that the jerseys will be ready for the start of the season.
CSDHL jerseys are included in fees but players must attend a fitting with Five B Designs to order. Details will be shared with players selected for CSDHL teams.
Midget AA jerseys are provided by the club.
6U/8U Mite ADM jerseys are provided by the club. Information will be gathered during the registration process.
Learn to Play jerseys are provided by the club.
