REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS & SPECTATORS
All participants and spectators are required to sign the Affton Athletic Association Covid-19 waiver before entering any Affton Hockey facility. Every player, coach, official, and instructor must have a signed waiver on file to participate in any program at an Affton Hockey facility. If at all possible, please bring the signed waiver with you on the first day of your program and turn it in at the health screening table upon entering the rink. Additional waivers are available at the rink, but having a completed waiver will help speed the entrance procedure. No one will be allowed to enter the facility without a signed waiver.
