Club & Elite (10U Squirt, 12U PeeWee, 14U Bantam)* $2,075
*Fee does not include miscellaneous team fees such as tournaments and travel costs.
Jerseys
Club jerseys must be purchased through Five B Designs. Players must attend a scheduled fitting to order if the player is returning to Lady Liberty and needs new uniforms, player is new to 10U Squirts, player is new to Lady Liberty iFirst-year 10U Squirts and players new to Lady Liberty will select a jersey number at the fittings.
LTP and 6U/8U ADM jerseys are provided by the club.

Raffle Tickets
Each Affton Hockey player at the ADM level and above (excluding CSDHL Eagles) receives 10 raffle tickets worth $10 each. Cost of these raffle tickets is included in registration. Families may sell these tickets to recoup part of their registration fee or enter their own name in the raffle. Players receive the tickets from their team manager after team rosters are finalized. Tickets must be filled out and placed in the bin at the Affton Ice Rink by October 15, 2023 to be entered in the raffle. Drawings are held weekly for 20 weeks for prizes of $100 (13 winners), $500 (six winners) and $1000 (one winner). Winners will be notified by phone or email and posted on the home page of the website.
Refund Policy
In the event of a refund request, approved refunds will be prorated based on weeks played. Player will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee and a 4% processing fee.
