2024-25 Lady Liberty Hockey Fees
LTP – $ 275
6U ADM – $1,025
8U ADM – $1,375
Lady Liberty Club & Elite (Squirt 10U, PeeWee 12U, Bantam 14U) – $2,300 *
* This fee does not include miscellaneous team fees such as tournaments, travel costs, etc.
Jerseys
Lady Liberty Club and Elite jerseys for players from 10U Squirts through 16U Midget must be purchased through Five B Designs. Players must attend a scheduled fitting to order if the player is returning to Lady Liberty and needs new uniforms, player is new to 10U Squirts, or player is new to Lady Liberty. First-year 10U Squirts and players new to Lady Liberty will select a jersey number at the fittings.
Lady Liberty Uniform Fittings 2024-25
Sunday, August 11, 10 am to 12:30 pm, Fenton Forum Ice Rink
If you are unable to attend the fitting, contact FiveB Designs at fivebdesigns@gmail.com to schedule a fitting at their location. Players may also attend Affton Americans uniform fittings on August 6 from 4 to 7 pm at Fenton or August 7 from 5:30 to 8 pm at Fenton.

LTP and 6U/8U Mite ADM jerseys are provided by the club.
Raffle Tickets
Each Affton Hockey player at the ADM level and above (excluding CSDHL Eagles) receives 10 raffle tickets worth $10 each. Cost of these raffle tickets is included in registration. Families may sell these tickets to recoup part of their registration fee or enter their own name in the raffle. Players receive the tickets from their team manager after team rosters are finalized. Tickets must be filled out and placed in the bin at the Affton Ice Rink by October 15, 2023 to be entered in the raffle. Drawings are held weekly for 20 weeks for prizes of $100 (13 winners), $500 (six winners) and $1000 (one winner). Winners will be notified by phone or email and posted on the home page of the website.
Refund Policy
In the event of a refund request, approved refunds will be prorated based on weeks played. Player will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee and a 4% processing fee.
