Below is the 2023-24 season schedule for the Affton Hockey off-ice training. The Affton Hockey Training Room is located in the All American Sports Mall at the top of the stairs. Affton Hockey provides an athletic trainer and shooting coach for each session. Players should wear gym clothes and closed-toe athletic shoes and bring their own hockey stick and gloves.
These skill skates are optional and free for all Affton Americans and Lady Liberty skaters.
