Kory Haywood and his staff will lead Affton Americans U16 Midget CSDHL Prospects team for the 2024-25 season. This will be Coach Haywood’s 26th year of coaching youth, high school, AAA or junior hockey in the St. Louis area. This new program is for players age 5 to 6 years old (2018 and 2019 birth year) who have completed Learn to Play and are able to complete station-based drills. Eagles Spring Elite 6U is open to players in the CSDHL South Pod of Affton, Meramec, and Southern Illinois hockey clubs and is run by St. Louis Eagles head coaches.
Affton Americans Spring Midget Elite Program is for top-level players at U15 (2009), U16 (2008) and U18 (2007 & 2006) divisions. Each division fields the top 30 players and 4 goaltenders and is coached by Affton Americans Central States head coaches. Each player receives 17 hours of workout ice and a reversible jersey.
